You have your vendors booked and design elements chosen, and you simply need help to ensure a stress-free month before and an enjoyable wedding day!

Package 2:
4 months | $2400 +tax
Need a little more help understanding ceremony times and choosing the major event milestones so you can send out accurate invitations and be able to create a detailed timeline earlier?
With two more months, you'll be able to get details to paper much sooner and with confidence!
INCLUDES PACKAGE 1 and two additional months of timeline planning, vendor communication, and 1 additional consultation (3 total, including the final walkthrough).
Package 3:
6 months | $3500 +tax
Ready to simply enjoy those last six months with your fiancé and have expert assistance to make this process stress-free? It would be our pleasure!
Your IHC will also set out your tabletop and aisle decorations, then tear down decor at the end of the night, complimentary for this package.
INCLUDES PACKAGE 1 and four additional months of timeline planning, vendor communication, and 2 additional consultation (5 total, including the final walkthrough).
Plus, setting out decor and decor-tear-down complimentary to this package.
PACKAGE 1 INCLUDES

Complete wedding management and day of execution for up to 10 hours.
Two Consultations — One being the Shiraz Final walk-through to finalize the layout and on-site details
Coordination of Rehearsal at Shiraz Garden (if included in Shiraz package/available)
Support — Call or email to get venue information and vendor suggestions. We love to know how plans are coming along and are happy to offer advice along the way.
Detailed Day of Timeline — With consideration of your vendor selections
Detailed Layout — Using AllSeated.com we will create your layout of tables, chairs, ceremony, and rentals
Vendor Management and Verification — We call or email all vendors to verify the time of load-in/setup/teardown/load-out, confirm orders, give directions, forward timeline and layout.
Coordinate All Ceremony Activities — The Coordinator will line up the wedding party, cue the DJ, pin on the boutonnieres, hand out corsages, make sure the rings are in the right hands, and consult with the officiant. We will coordinate with everyone to make sure the ceremony flows smoothly and effortlessly.
Assist with bridal party and family for photographs — Either pre- or post-ceremony, the Coordinator will assist the photographer in organizing everyone for photos.
Coordinate All Reception Activities — The Coordinator will work with the bride and groom to follow their timeline. They will coordinate all planned activities in conjunction with the DJ and the Photographer for the First Dance, any Family Dances, Toasts, Bouquet Toss, Garter, Cake Cutting, and Grand Exit.
Placement of Valuables into Designated Vehicles – Gifts, cake top, cake servers, sign-in book, and other valuable items will be placed in designated boxes or boxes and put in designated vehicles for safe transport home.
Distribute Final Payments & Gratuities to Vendors – At the couple’s discretion, the day of payments and tips for vendors can be placed in individually sealed and labeled envelopes.
